The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and executing St Louis Screw & Bolt's human resources strategy to support the overall business objectives.
The HR Director partners with managers to align HR initiatives with the organization's goals and foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Human Resources Own all HR Processes from need through the end of employment.
Liaison to Bargaining Group for day-to-day activities and grievance responses.
Employee engagement activities and foster a positive work culture that aligns with our Core Values D R I F T Dedication, Respect, Initiative, Focus, and Teamwork Compliance Union Contract is Followed Maintain all HR Records and Legal Compliances OSHA Compliance Compensation Owns and maintains payroll processes.
Owns employee databases.
Owns any Temporary Staffing Talent Management Maintain progressive discipline.
Ensure employees are adequately trained & Continuously Trained Evaluate temporary employees for potential hire with Supervisory staff.
Maintain a Safe Workplace Maintain Employee Schedule and related time off and OT Team SLSB Interact/communicate with other departments.
Pursue continuous learning & personal development.
Attend one-to-one meetings with management.
