Possess a current RN license At least 18 years old High school diploma/GED Authorized to work in the US Duties for Staff Development Coordinator Nurse Coordinates or provided facility education program, including all mandatory in-services (either required by code or by department / facility policies) and any QA-identified educational needs.
Adheres to facility work rules, policies and procedures and collective bargaining agreements in the hiring and scheduling of staff.
Informs applicants of job openings and details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and promotion opportunities.
Performs pre-employment drug screening, reference checks, background checks after a job offer has been made and before the candidate begins work in the facility.
Maintains records of applicants not selected for positions.
Provides and documents all in-services.
Educates staff on all required policies and procedures.
Maintains secure personnel records for all employees including attendance documents, requests for time off, discipline and counseling forms.
Reduces unscheduled vacancies by contacting available staff to cover.
Advises the Director of Nursing Services of outstanding issues, potential problems, and labor relations matters.
Qualifications for Staff Development Coordinator Nurse:
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required Valid State-appropriate Nursing license required.
Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to perform the tasks required.
As required able to work overtime evenings and/or weekends to meet departmental deadlines.
Recommended Skills Collective Bargaining Education Nursing Scheduling Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
